Friends

We just helped our best friends move to Medicine Hat...without our house fire and becoming neighbors...we'd be missing out on the best part of our lives! We will miss the Hill family - over the past few years we've enjoyed lots of stories,laughs, shared treats, dinners, walks and lake days. It's heaven on earth when Mom's are best friends, Dad's get along, and kids can't spend enough time together. We are happy they have realized their dream of being first-time homeowners.
Tough times make the best friends!

We had our first strawberry pie of the season this past week. I love summer! Sleepin in, staying up late, connecting with family and friends, camping, playing at the lake, napping, reading a good book, making koolaid and lemonade slurpees, gardening, mosquito bites, hot cars, open windows... OK! I actually do prefer mosquito bites to freezing, scraping car windows, and cars that won't start. I must be a "real" Canadian!!

Life is great and keeps getting better! Highlights coming up: picking strawberries, eating fresh strawberries, Weekly email from Andrew, Ward Temple Trek, Going to the temple with Dallin, Joel visits Joel Finnie in California/attends Aaronic Priesthood Camp there, Chinese-dinner with family/friends, hearing Dallin speak in church, taking Dallin to the MTC, paying less car insurance, praying for and writing two sons on missions at the same time for eight months...
